THINGS YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM:

-Government issued I.D.

-A recent copy of a payment stub or proof of income for rentals longer than 90 days.

-A camera or cell phone to take a clear picture of documents if they are not already loaded on your PC or Phone.

Upon completion of the form, we require a deposit – equal to the first month. You will automatically receive an email notification reminding you to pay. E-transfer email is: rent@harrisoncartergroup.com. We also accept credit cards with a 4% transaction fee. (Please call our office to use a credit card)

Your security question answer should be the street name of the property you are looking to stay at if you use e-transfer.

A completed application AND the deposit will HOLD the property for you. All deposits will be refunded in full if the application is not approved.

Furnishing deposits are fully refundable at the end of your stay/checkout. Deposits range per property and application.

Please be aware that this information may be shared with your Landlord however your name and or any personal identification will NOT be shared until you are approved and for your Landlords records. Your information may also be kept on a secure server accessible to Harrison Carter Group Inc. until the length of your Lease terminates. This information may also be shared where there are legal matters involved with your tenancy or if required by law enforcement.

DECLARATION

I/We hereby certify the information provided in this application to be true.

I/We agree that upon acceptance of this Short Term Rental Application by the Landlord, I/We shall enter into a Short Term Rental Agreement incorporating the above terms into the Agreement which I/We will be given the opportunity to review, in which event the deposit shall be deemed to be a Deposit to hold the unit and will be applied towards the cost of occupancy.

IF I/WE SHOULD FAIL TO ENTER INTO SUCH TENANCY AGREEMENT after written approval, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER RIGHT TO DAMAGES OCCURRING TO THE LANDLORD, I/WE AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE CONTRACT DEPOSIT SHALL BE FORFEITED where more than 24 hours passes after signing the Rental Agreement.

In the event that a Short Term Agreement is entered into, this Rental application will be deemed to form part of the Short Term Rental Agreement. Any omission or misstatement by the Applicants in this application may result in the termination of your occupancy by the Owner/Management Company even after occupancy has been taken.

The Applicant(s) hereby give permission to the Owner / Management Company or his Agent to use the information collected herein to obtain a consumer report; to contact employers, or previous landlords, reference where applicable; to contact agencies that provide landlord information; to enforce the terms of any Short Term Rental Agreement that may be subsequently entered into with the Applicant; or to reasonably use it otherwise to assess this Rental Agreement.

It is agreed that where this Application is rejected, the Landlord shall not be required to give reasons therefore.
